As large-scale photovoltaic and wind power are integrated into the grid, new energy generation has strong randomicity, volatility anti-peak shaving characteristics. Both supply side load of grid will have random fluctuations, which brings huge challenges to safe stable operation grid. The need more capacity flexible peak resources as basis for ensuring smooth orderly supply. During heating period, thermoelectric units faced with double pressures consumption peak, forced further increase reduce output meet requirements heating. Therefore, carrying out test on is conducive finding real range providing data support departments.
